Several months ago, the Worship Committee identified the need to replace our current pew Bibles. Many are quite worn and the edition we are using is dated. The committee recommended purchasing new Bibles and the Session approved.
After doing some comparative research, the committee chose the New Revised Standard Version – Updated Edition. This is a brand new edition just released this November.
The committee had planned to order these in early 2023, but when inquiring about the new edition, Cokesbury offered a significant discount on each Bible and free shipping if we order them now. The order has been placed and the new Bibles will arrive soon.
