During worship on September 25, 2022, the Finance Committee will lead an observance and celebrate the payoff of the $600,000 loan we made in 2017, for the parking lot and building expansion. The loan payoff culminated a process begun in 2015, with the acquisition of property which enabled planning for an expansion. The project was completed in 2018, with a final cost of over a million dollars. The Capital Campaign began in 2017, raising funds to pay for the project and the loan.
Although we made the final payment in February 2022, it has taken several months to receive the closing documents canceling the loan and release of the deed to secure the debt. Please celebrate with us this significant event in the life of our church made possible by a supportive congregation and friends.
