To my beloved community, present and past, at NPC!

It grieves me deeply to tell you that, on the recommendation of my neurologist, I must no longer live alone. Thus, I have sold my home, and I shall be moving away on April 12. The address is Heartis at Buckhead, Apt. 1504, 2051 Peachtree Rd. NE, Atlanta, GA 30309. Please know that you are all welcome to visit me if/when possible!
So many of you were able to be with me on my 90th birthday, and a large number of you contributed to our congregation’s Spirituality Fund! I am more grateful than I can express with mere words. The fund was originally designated, at the time of my husband’s death, to deepen the spiritual pulse of this church and its members. Our denomination’s Conference Center at Montreat, NC offers yearly programs for music, family, youth and other spirituality events, etc. Scholarships could be offered to any and all who wish to attend. There may, also, be spiritually enriching programs closer to home. Who knows? One day someone from this congregation may need assistance to enroll in Columbia Seminary or a similar program that deepens faith in our God, whose Spirit may inspire other uses of the NPC Spirituality Fund. Any such use will honor Jesus.
Finally, I close with this thought: I shall be eternally grateful to you – and to Bob Prim – for your loving care of me and my family over the past quarter century. May God bless you and keep you and cause Creating Light to shine upon you forevermore.
